Roasted Root Veggies
Ingredients
3 Russet potatoes, chopped
3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
1 onion, large chunks
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp 721 spice mix
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut vegetables into large chunks. Place vegetables on lined or greased roasting pan. Drizzle oil and put spice mix on vegetables. Stir well.
2. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until slightly browned. Enjoy!
