Cabbage Fennel Soup

 


Ingredients
4 cloves garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 small cabbage 
1/2 tsp pepper 
1/2 tsp ginger 
2 tsp salt or to taste 
2 tsp fennel 
4 cups broth 

Directions
Saute cabbage, onion and garlic for about 3 min. Add the rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cabbage is just soft.
