Chili Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
3 cups pumpkin seeds1 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Clean the seeds well under running water and pat dry.
2. Toss seeds with oil and spices.
3. Place parchment on a large sheet pan and spread out the seeds on the pan.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring about every 15 minutes.
