Apple Pie Comfort Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 whole apples in small bits
2 cups old fashioned oats
4 cups water
2 Tbsp mct oil or butter
2 tsp apple pie spice
1/4 tsp stevia powder or 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Directions
1. Optional soak oats in water and 1 tbsp vinegar overnight. Drain and rinse.
2. Place oats, water, butter, apples, sweetener and spice into pan. Bring water to a boil and then lower to a simmer for about 5-10 minutes. 
3. Serve into bowls and enjoy!
