Pumpkin Seed Dulse Granola

 

Directions
3 cups oats
1/4-1/2 cup oil (I've used melted butter, avocado, coconut or mct oil)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds, whole or ground
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp dulse flakes

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F
2. Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl along with the seeds you've chosen. Sprinkle on some dulse flakes and combine thoroughly.
3. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the granola mixture onto the pan. Bake in oven for 10-15 minute increments until golden brown, usually takes between 25-40 minutes. 
4. Turn heat off to the oven and leave granola in there to cool for at least 30 min. Take pan out and let cool completely before breaking into chunks and putting into an airtight container. Use within 2 weeks.
