Sweet Potato Soufflé

Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 

1/2 cup sugar 

2 eggs 

1/2 tsp orange peel 

1/4 cup butter 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1/2 cup orange juice 

Topping Ingredients 

1/2 cup chopped pecans 

1/2 cup brown sugar   

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. 

2. Pour into casserole dish or 13x9 pan. 

3. Mix topping and sprinkle on top. 

4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
