Taco Salad
Beef Taco Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef
2 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup broth
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 tiny scoops stevia or 2 tsp sugar

Salad Ingredients
4-8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
2 15 oz black beans
1/2 tsp 721 spice mix
Taco meat
Fritos
Green chilies
Sour cream
Shredded mexican cheese
Taco salad dressing
Directions
In a medium saucepan brown the beef and add the remaining taco meat ingredients. Stir well and then set aside. For the black beans, preheat your cast iron skillet with 2-4 Tbsp of oil. Add the drained black beans and season with 1/2 tsp 721 spice mix. Stir occasionally until heated through. Set aside.
Assemble each salad with lettuce on the bottom, then meat and beans and whatever toppings are desired.
