Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
1/8 tsp xanthan gum, optional but keeps the dressing emulsified longer
1/4 tsp ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp liquid stevia or 1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp vinegar2 cloves of garlic

2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp oil of choice, I used avocado
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp oil of choice, I used avocado
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Combine xanthan gum, ginger, garlic, and sweetener in a bowl. Add vinegar and soy sauce and stir well. Pour into a dressing bottle and add oils and seeds. Shake well. Let flavors meld together in the fridge for at least 30 min and enjoy! Best if used within 2 weeks.
