Easy Grilled Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
6 chicken thighs (about 2.5 lbs)
3 strawberries, crushed
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp parsley
Directions
1. At least 30 minutes prior to grilling and up to 4 hours, place all ingredients in a ziploc bag and make sure chicken is well coated. Place in the fridge until ready to grill.
2. Preheat the grill on high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and turn heat to medium low. After about 3 minutes flip chicken. After 3-4 minutes check the internal temperature and if more cooking is needed, flip again. I use this digital thermometer. Check the chicken every couple minutes until internal temperature is at 165°F. Place in serving dish and serve immediately.
