Dill Tzatziki Sauce

 



Ingredients

1/2 medium cucumber, washed and peeled
3/4 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1-2 cloves finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp dill
black pepper to taste


Directions
1. Puree the cucumber with a stick blender, it should be about 1/4-1/3 cup of puree. Slowly add the Greek yogurt, stirring to combine.
2. Add the salt, lemon juice, garlic, dill and pepper. Stir well.
3. Let flavors meld for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
