Tuna Pasta Salad



Ingredients

8 oz noodles of choice (I used gluten free elbows), cooked and cooled
1/2-3/4 cup mayo
1 Tbsp mustard
3/4 tsp tarragon
Pinch of salt
1/2 medium zucchini, sliced
1/3 cup grape tomatoes, halved or quarted
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 12 oz can of light tuna


Directions

In a small bowl stir together 1/2 cup mayo, mustard, tarragon and salt. In a large serving bowl stir together the rest of the ingredients. Add the sauce and carefully combine. If you prefer it to be creamier, add the extra mayo. Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
