Simple Gluten Free Flour Recipe

bowl of 1/8 tsp xanthan gum, bowl of 1/3 cup tapioca starch and bowl of 2/3 cup rice flour

This is one of the simplest gluten free flour recipes out there. If you're not making a baked treat you can even omit the xanthan gum for a two ingredient gluten free flour recipe! This is the perfect substitute for all purpose flour in most recipes.

Ingredients
1/8 tsp xanthan gum, optional
2/3 cup rice flour
1/3 cup tapioca starch or cornstarch

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Makes 1 cup of gluten free flour.
