Pork Dry Rub

I know most dry rub recipes are sugar and paprika based and taste delicious in their own right, but this rosemary thyme rub smells so delicious you can almost taste it in the air. It does contain some paprika but is completely sugar free and gluten free.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp granulated garlic

1 Tbsp granulated onion

1 Tbsp parsley

1 Tbsp paprika

1 Tbsp pepper

1 Tbsp thyme

1 Tbsp kosher coarse ground salt

2 tsp rosemary


Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and use immediately or store in an airtight container. Use within 6 months. Makes about 1/2 cup of rub, enough for a 6 lb pork shoulder butt.
