Kabob Sauce

 


Ingredients

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp parsley
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt or to taste

Directions
Gently stir the oil and mayo together with a fork until there are no lumps. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the salt. Taste and add the salt if desired. Add more pineapple juice, a teaspoon at a time if you want a thinner sauce. Drizzle over kabobs.
