Caramelized Onions

 


Ingredients
1-2 Tbsp oil of choice
1 onion, sliced

Directions
Heat up your oil in a pan on the stove top, cast iron preferred. Add onion and turn heat down to low or medium low. Stir occasionally and let the onions gradually cook down and magically release that gorgeous caramelized sugar. It takes about 30 minutes for the whole cook time but is so worth it.
