Air Fryer Curried Crispy Chickpeas

If you love curry and love chickpeas, this is the perfect spice blend for your chickpeas! It is insanely easy and extremely delicious on my Chicken Curry Pasta Salad. It's gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free, vegan and vegetarian! Yummy as a snack or the best side for your Indian dishes. 

Ingredients
1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1-2 tsp curry powder or make your own
1-2 Tbsp oil of choice
 
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 385°F. Toss chickpeas with spice mix and oil. Place in the air fryer for 14-15 minutes and shake at the halfway mark. Keep an eye on them in the last 5 minutes and take them out if they start popping or browning quickly.

Notes: I do not recommend doubling the recipe as the results will not be the same. You could roast them in the oven at the above temperature for a similar time.
