BBQ Pulled Chicken for a crowd


Ingredients
5 lbs Chicken breasts or thighs
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or 1/8 tsp stevia
drizzle of molasses
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp parsley
1 1/2 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp gelatin, optional
2 Tbsp tallow or oil
2 tsp salt

Directions
Place chicken in the bottom of an 8 qt slow cooker. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour on top of chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours. About 20 min before serving, drain the liquid into a easy pour bowl and shred the chicken. Return to slow cooker and add sauce back in until it's the consistency you like. This is enough to serve 25 people.
