Pineapple Mango Salsa
Ingredients
2 cups Mangos, diced tiny
2 cups Pineapple, diced tiny
1/2 Red onion, diced tiny
1 jalepeno, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 limes, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar or 3 tiny scoops* stevia
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
Directions
Puree jalepeno, cilantro, lime juice and spices with stick blender until sauce like consistency. Combine with rest of ingredients. Refrigerate for one day for best flavor. Use within 1-2 weeks.

*tiny scoop refers to 1/32 of a teaspoon
