Pizza Dough
Ingredients
1 cup warm water (105-115℉)
2 tsp yeast

2 1/2-3 cups all purpose flour (depending on your humidity)
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
Directions
1. Mix water and yeast together. Add flour, egg, butter, salt and optional spices to mixture and mix well. Add additional flour if the dough is still sticky and mix.

2. Knead for 1 min and then form into a ball. Roll dough into pizza crust. Add toppings.
3. Bake pizza at 400℉ for 12-13 min or until golden brown on top.
