Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Coconut Milk Ice Cream 
½ cup coconut sugar 
 4 egg yolks 
1 can whole coconut milk 
1 cup coconut cream 

In a large bowl, beat together sugar and egg yolks until pale in color, about 5 minutes. Whisk in coconut milk and cream. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
