Bisquick-type mix

Bisquick-type mix 

4 cups all-purpose flour 

2 Tb baking powder 

1 1/2 tsp salt 

1 c. tallow or lard    

Blend all ingredients until completely mixed. transfer to vacuum seal bag, seal and store in fridge or freezer up to 6 months. Use in any recipe specifying calling for Bisquick.
