Basic Quiche Recipe

Basic Quiche Recipe 
4 eggs 
2 cups milk 
1/8 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon white pepper 
2 tsp parsley
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell or bake with no shell for gluten free  

Preheat oven to 425  . In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt, white pepper and parsley. Place shredded cheeses in the pie shell. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 , and bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden and filling is set. Allow to set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
